Return Policy

1. All returns must be in thier originl unopened packaging.

2. All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase or you must call Lou's Unlimited within the 10 days stating you want to return an item. At that time you will have 5 extra days to get the item to Lou's Unlimited at your expense. 16 to 30 days we will credit the item(less 20%)toward a new purchase of twice the amount of the returned item(s).

No returns or credit after 30 days!

3. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, excluding shipping.

4. You can not return an item that has been installed for any reason.

5. If Lou's Unlimited shipped you an item you did not order, Lou's Unlimited will assume all cost in replacing that item.

6. No refunds or exchanges on Electrial items or Special Orders.

7. All special orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Items may take up to three weeks for delivery, unless you the customer pays the shipping.
